September 18, 2021 - From Tracey Mulherrin
I was reading the first chapter of “The Midnight Cry” by Jon and Jolene Hamill. Twice it said, what do you see? So, I looked and saw the following:
Me: ” I see darkness gaining momentum. I see it intimidating God’s people, and trying to make it seem bigger. I see the people of God as lights amongst this darkness shrinking back and their lamps dimming.”
I hear the Lord saying to the wise virgins,” Buy more oil for your lamps”.
Then I saw gears whirring, spinning and spinning, but they were idle. They were in neutral. They were not causing any motion or action.
I heard the Lord say,” Engage, engage!”.
I saw a lever and the gears engaged. I heard the whirring and power, of what was like, a machine in a machine shop engaging. It was ready to act upon whatever it was designed to do. I saw it was a band saw. Next, I saw other examples of spinning gears engaging, or idle gears engaging. I saw a transmission of a car, I saw the gears in an old fashioned watch, and I saw a conveyer belt in a factory. The bandsaw had engaged, now the transmission went into gear, the watch time was set and the pin pushed in, and the conveyer belt switched on and started moving.
