Youth Pastors Joshua and Loraine Kennedy oversee the spiritual development and maturity of the youth of Praise Tabernacle from nursery to young adults. Regina Daly is our Jr. Church Co-ordinator and oversees 40 volunteer teachers and observers. The children have their own time of Praise and Worship and then are dismissed to their respective classes. Songs, dance, arts and crafts and an inspiring lesson is all part of their Sunday experience with Jesus. At our 9 AM service, Linda Maglio has a special video, interactive program for the children.

On Wednesday evenings Kids Time for children in PreK all the way up to 4th grade makes a fun time to lear about Jesus.. Games and puzzles are enjoyed and reinforce that week’s Bible lesson. Youth of Destiny under the leadership of Laurie Rahter is for children in fifth and sixth grades.

YouthAflame is a thriving group of teens from 7th to 12th grades led by Pastor Josh. The teens meet in The Cave and bring many of their friends Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings. The Kingdom Invasion Ministry team have been invited to many of area churches to minister in song, dance, drama and in prayer.

The youth of Praise are encouraged to participate in the Praise and Worship portion of our Sunday Service. Many of the dancers from In His Steps are free to express their love for God in dance. Some of the teens are excellent musicians and singers and are part of the worship team.

Praise Tabernacle employs the Guardian Program. Everyone who works with our youth completes a thorough application and is fingerprinted. Each classroom has a teacher and an observer. This protects the children as well as the adults.
