What We Believe

We believe in the plenary verbal inspiration of the Word of God (the Bible) and that it was without error in it's original form. (II Timothy 3:16)

We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible authoritative Word of God. (II Tim. 3:16)

We believe in the imminent return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. (I Thes. 4:13 - 18; Rev. 22:20)

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. (Ex. 20:2 - 3; Matt. 28:19)

We believe in the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. (John 3:16, 20:28; Rom. 9:5; I Cor. 15:3 - 4; Col. 2:9; Titus 2:13, 3:4 - 16; I Peter 2:24 - 28)

We believe that for salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. (Rom. 3:21 - 24; Gal. 4:4 - 7)

We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of the gifts of the Spirit and in His fruit in the believer. (Luke 11:11 - 13; Acts 1:8, 2:38 - 39, 10:44 - 46, 19:1 - 6; I Cor. 12:7 - 11; Gal. 5:22 - 23)

Why do we emphasize the worship of the Lord?

"Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God and Him only shalt thou serve." (Matt.4:10)

Why do we audibly praise the Lord?

"Bless the Lord, O my soul and all that is within me, bless His holy name." (Psalm 103:1)

Come, everyone, and clap your hands for joy! Shout to God with joyful praise! (Psalm 47:1)

Why do we dance before the Lord?

Praise His name with dancing...(Psalm 149:3)
